Beh Liang Teng

PMgr. Beh Liang Teng graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Malaya and is a Registered Property Manager (BOVAEP) as well as an Accredited HRD Corp Trainer. With more than 20 years of experience in the property industry, he has developed strong expertise spanning the entire building lifecycle—from piling foundation and basement infrastructure to rooftop systems.

His career journey began in project development with a well-established property developer, before progressing into senior leadership roles in property and asset management across residential, commercial, hotel, retail, and mixed-use developments.

Today, as General Manager of LDS International Assets Management Sdn Bhd, Mr. Beh combines his technical knowledge and management experience to drive cost efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Under his leadership, LDS continues to strengthen its reputation as a trusted partner to JMBs, MCs, developers, and property owners, delivering solutions that enhance building performance and long-term value.

Ilavan Nada Raja

Mr. Ilavan Nada Raja (Mr. Ila) brings over a decade of experience in property development and property management. He began his career overseeing stratified projects from preliminary planning through to completion and final handover, gaining a strong technical foundation and comprehensive understanding of building lifecycles.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration in Building and Facilities Management, reinforcing his professional expertise and strategic approach to asset and facilities management. Over the years, he has advanced through key leadership roles, starting as a Building Manager before progressing to Operations Manager, where he successfully supervised nearly ten diverse property sites while ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and high standards of resident satisfaction.

Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of LDS International Assets Management Sdn. Bhd., Mr. Ila combines technical proficiency with proven management experience to strengthen operational performance and service delivery. His leadership reflects a commitment to excellence, sustainable practices, and trusted partnerships, supporting the company’s mission to deliver high-quality property management solutions and long-term value for stakeholders.

LORRINE TEOH ENG NEO

Ms. Lorrine Teoh Eng Neo serves as Operation Manager at LDS International Asset Management Sdn Bhd, where she oversees multiple sites across residential, commercial, and mixed developments. With more than a decade of progressive experience in property and facility management, she has advanced from site-level management roles to leading multi-site operations, giving her both ground-level expertise and strategic oversight capability. Her commitment to quality service and sustainability reflects LDS’s values in delivering trusted property management solutions.

LOW JOO XIN

Joyce Low is the Operations Manager at LDS International Asset Management Sdn Bhd, overseeing project sites across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. She is also a certified Property Manager under BOVAEP. With more than a decade of expertise in property management, she has managed a wide range of developments, from low-end to luxury residences, commercial towers, and mixed-use projects.

Her responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing budgets, and conducting general meetings. She is also experienced in handling conflict resolution, pursuing cases at the Strata Management Tribunal, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Joyce is recognized for her leadership, professionalism, and results-driven approach in property management.

Mr. Andy Soo Sau Kail is a highly experienced property management professional with extensive knowledge in building operations, maintenance, and strata management. Over the years, he has successfully managed a wide range of developments, from high-rise residential to mixed-use properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and long-term asset sustainability.

At LDS International Asset Management, he plays a key role in driving operational excellence and service reliability, supporting JMBs and MCs with proactive solutions that safeguard building assets and enhance the living environment for residents.

Mr. David Leong Chee Yuen is a young and dynamic Operation Manager who brings a fresh outlook and energetic leadership to the strata management industry. With a solid understanding of the Strata Management Act 2013 and strong operational experience, he focuses on streamlining site operations, enhancing community living standards, and ensuring regulatory compliance. David’s proactive and people-oriented approach reflects LDS’s commitment to professionalism, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Jack Khong Yean Yang

Mr. Jack Khong Yean Yang serves as an Operation Manager at LDS International Asset Management, bringing close to a decade of experience in property management. He oversees the operations of multiple sites across Klang Valley and Johor, ensuring that properties under his portfolio are managed efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with regulatory standards.

With solid experience working closely with Residents’ Associations, management committees, and key stakeholders, Mr. Khong plays an important role in fostering effective communication and maintaining strong working relationships. His dedication to operational excellence and service reliability supports LDS’s commitment to delivering professional and value-driven property management services.

Ms Parameswary Veeravak (Shela) as a Finance Manager at LDS International Asset Management Sdn Bhd, responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, reporting, and audit / tax compliance. She has strong educational background in finance, more than 16 years of relevant experience, proficiency in financial software and IT, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards. She expertise in guiding her fellow colleagues on financial management for property portfolios, focusing on optimizing income, controlling expenses, and ensuring robust financial reporting to maximize profitability and value for property owners and to approach transparent financial operations and sustainable growth.
